I've been with Luczkowski Agency for 10 or more years, any time I had a question or issue I got right through to a person and not a recording. If I had to leave a message they would respond shorty after and made sure I had the right information and explained the details and never made me feel rushed through it. Also in the hole time I've been with them I've only talked to 2 agents and I have Home, Auto and rec. Ins. through them. That's exactly what I want from my Insurance Agency

Great Service and Trusted!!! It's super easy to get help when I have questions. First, I love that I can always talk to an actual person. I don't have to deal with a long wait in the phone system. I typically can get a hold of Barb or someone on her Team right away. Most of the time they can give me an answer on the spot but if they need to look anything up they are very quick to get back to me. They make things easy for me!

I have had Nationwide for as long as I can remember and I confess, that I've never been disappointed ever. The Luczkowski's staff, their knowledge and their clear and concise information about their policies, their prices, their protection over my property, car, home, business, etc, has always been with laser sharpness and on target. They take care of the smallest of details. I highly recommend them for all and any insurance coverage. Their personal touch to their customers needs and questions is impeccable. Whenever I had a claim, they sent out someone immediately and took care of everything very professionally and promptly.
