Don was my HERO yesterday! I was back in town for a funeral. When I started to head back home, 45 minutes all freeway to Akron, my new used car started making this awful sound. Thought maybe I had a flat but no. I remembered Don's(Inksters) and he squeezed me in right away, late in the afternoon and at the end of his busy week. Cleaned up my rotor and I was good to go and get home safe. Charged me next to nothing. I was actually really thankful he let me give him 20 bucks. The service was priceless!

Don serviced our cars for over 20 years - twenty years ago and he still remembered my parents' names and that my father is a photographer. That's amazing. I miss my small home town and the great people in it. I even got to meet Mrs. Don!

First time taking my car to Dons and after today’s Experience I will continue to bring my car to Don! He was honest, upfront, and generally just a really nice guy. I will tell everybody to take their cars here!

Don is our go-to mechanic. When we moved to Chesterland, we needed a mechanic and he is definitely the best I have ever used. He is fair and reasonable with prices, he is willing to help diagnose issues, and he is very personable. My wife has gotten patronized quite a bit by other mechanics, and he does not talk down to her and treats her like he would any other customer. All-in-all, we love using Don's Cars, and we plan on using him for years to come for whatever we need.

Don is very cost conscious for his customers. He tends to your car to maintain reliability & safety on the road, never padding the bill with unnecessary repairs as some other shops will do. His prices are refreshingly fair & honest! No disappointments!
