I was searching for a mechanic shop who services large work vehicles. I own several for my business. I found Kronks Garage from their sign on the building when I was driving past recently. I called and scheduled an appointment with Annie and she set me up within a week, for what I thought would be brakes and rotors. When I arrived, I was greeted by Annie who was on point, and very friendly.

I was impressed with their building and their inventory shop as well. As they promised, they called me with the diagnostic and explained the repairs along with a picture by text. They were honest and told me that it was not my brakes. It was a cylinder issue, I approved the repairs, and when I came to pay the bill, it was actually less than they quoted. What a great experience.! I will continue to use Kronks to service vehicles for my plumbing business. I can’t say enough about the quality of the people and the workmanship of Kronks Garage.

I had Kronks work on my 40’ motorcoach. They did beautiful work and were very nice to deal with. They catered to my needs. They fixed everything correctly that I asked them too. The price was very fair for the work performed. I will continue to go back. Annie the parts girl was over the top awesome. It’s not easy to find parts for a 21 year old motorcoach. She went above and beyond to help us. So did the crew.

Kronks Garage is a fine place to get repairs
for the brands of trucks they specialize in repairing like Kenworth and Mack. They might not have the software for other brands. But they can get parts for most anything

Steve got my truck in for repair right away knowing it was needed for a scheduled trip. All items needing repair were handled with additional items needing future attention recommended. Very pleased with their prompt proffesional service provided. I was impressed when the phone was answered before 7 am when calling. All other providers I called open 9 am.
