I was in the lobby, when it arrived to pick up someone else.
But I did call to inquire about the Service.

(December 30, 2019, 10:59 am)Friendly and helpful. Do their best to get you to your location. Make sure you contact them exactly one week before you need to go somewhere in Geauga County. Not a service for same day travel.
