We have had Shepp Electric out to our home three times now for servicing our residential generator. They are thorough, efficient, and very professional. Their service members take the time to explain everything they are doing and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend them.

We recently had a Generator installed by Shepp electric and are very grateful for the professional job done by: Jason,Clint,Brandon,Joe P, Joe W, Ryan,and Christian. We were especially pleased that the company hires young adults within their team which allows them the opportunity to learn the trade that hopefully one day will offer them a good future .

We purchased a whole house standby generator that was installed by Jason, Christian and Ryan. These gentlemen are knowledgeable and professional. They truly care about the quality of their work and satisfying the customer. They were courteous and diligent and respectful of our property. It was a pleasure doing business with Shepp Electric right from the beginning with Clint's initial visit to assess our electric power needs.

I had a great experience with Shepp Electric. Craig Shepp arrived on time for the estimate and was cordial and professional. He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done and answered my questions. I picked Shepp Electric because of their price and their professionalism. My generator was installed on May 26, 2020 by Jason, Charlie, Luke and Joey. The job was done thoroughly and quickly - in about 5 hours. Each guy in the crew knew what they had to do and they worked well as a team. When the installation was completed they cleaned up the area. I also had them install a new outside light with a sensor and they worked patiently while setting the light angles and sensor activation distance. They were not in a hurry to just get it done, but rather they wanted to do it right. Almost a year later and I have had zero issues with my generator and it has come in handy on at least 3 occasions when the power was out.
