Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling

HI neighbors,
We had been researching various roofing companies when we came upon Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling. A few days prior we had a "consultation" with another roofing company. My daughter was the one making the phone calls and setting up the appointments. She was to be part of the entire process and she made it known to the different companies we had been meeting with. For this particular situation, she had asked for a 20 minute delay, as she was finishing up a work meeting. The 'gentleman' who came over for the above mentioned "consultation" had me sign a contract without including my daughter in the conversation. As I am up there in years, my daughter felt that he had bullied me into signing the contract. It was our understanding that we were to have a conversation with the roofing company and nothing more! My daughter felt hat he saw an opportunity and took it. That is not o.k. with her!! She pursued the matter and was able to get us out of the contract.

Then along came Sarah S., Roofing Consultant, from Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling. She guided and supported us during the entire process. From the first call to the insurance company to the last, to making sure we were satisfied with the crew that did the work. Sarah's knowledge of the roofing industry, as well as the products offered is second to none. She made us feel like no question was to small and guided us through the overwhelming task of navigating our insurance claim.

Sarah's transparency was not lost on us, as it is a dying characteristic, not only with people in general but especially when it comes to business dealings. We had anticipated going a different route when it came to replacing our gutters but decided to have Gianna's complete the job. All due to Sarah not "strong arming" us into doing so.

Because of Sarah's customer service skill set and patience, Gianna's Roofing and Remodeling have the Josephs' as life long customers.

Our experience with Gianna's was amazing. We had a roof leak and called several roofers out to provide roof estimates. They simply gave us our estimate and left. Sarah from Gianna's came out, listened to our concerns, and inspected the roof. She said there was storm damage that our insurance should cover. For more than a year, she worked with our insurance company to make sure they covered the cost of the new roof due to extensive storm damage. They did so, and Gianna's installed a new roof, skylight, and roof guards that look great and will save us a lot of headaches in the long run. I've been incredibly impressed with Sarah and Gianna's. I highly recommend working with them.

I had two roofs done this year only by Gianna's roofing both jobs were done very quickly and efficiently. i was very pleased with the experience.

Jessie of Gianna's has been super helpful in working with me on a short-notice timeline to assess my roof and get me where I need to be to move forward with repair work. She was quick to set up an appointment and spent time both on and off the roof to get a detailed look at the job as well as to take a look at any other points of interest I had questions about. Her responsiveness has been superb and I've definitely been appreciating the work she's be putting in.
