Kinetico Water Systems – Cleveland

Tim who was sent out on June 20th was great!He was very knowledgeable about the system and promptly fixed the mistakes from the tech before.System seems to be working great now.

We just moved into a home that came with a newer Kinetico softener. After the heavy rains this summer, we started experiencing a nasty rotten egg smell from the water. I called Kinetico and Jon came out the next day to run some tests. He gave us a few options and we ended up going with their iron filter to go before the softener. Surprisingly they were able to schedule installation for the next day. The installer, Joe, was able to get it all plumbed in about an hour and went over how to program the unit and how to bypass if we ever needed to. He also shared some super helpful tips on maintaining our softener.

Within about 12 hours, the smell was completely gone. Our water tastes much better and as a bonus, we feel confident we'll no longer have to deal with rust stains or sediment damage to our plumbing fixtures.

Everyone at Kinetico has been genuinely pleasant to deal with. It's refreshing to deal with a company that follows through on their promises and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
