She makes it a priority to makes sure she remembers my name and ask me how I am. I'm always in a hurry and she will v line to whatever my need may be and get me in and out while always making me laugh or smile. “The best winter Wonderland in Ohio! The charm is real, right from the start. We saw a hearty, welcoming outdoor fire with sanitary individually wrapped marshmallows and Frank Sinatra spotify playlist upon arrival. It set the tone. Friendly, welcoming Ma and staff. Adorable gift shop with every cozy gift imaginable. Hot chocolate, maple coffee, and cookies for free. We loved the docile, beautiful Percheron horses and the carriage tour on the snowy trails. We can't wait to book a night sleigh ride, with lanterns all throughout the trail in the woods. Friendly driver wore a mask and offered to take our pictures. Make sure you subscribe to the email list so you know when rides are available, they go quick! We can't wait to come back!!!”
