Dependable Construction

The work that I requested was completed in a professional manner. The quote that I was given was reasonable and it did not change. It would have been nice if my repairs could have been completed more quickly, but a busy schedule is unavoidable in construction. I would use their services again, I was happy with the results.

I found Dependable Construction by chance when I purchased a new home in Yellow Springs. I could not be happier with the job they did with gutting and remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. They took pride in their work, suggested beautiful and practical design options, communicated with us well throughout the process, and were a pleasure to work with. We are already looking forward to having them build our deck in the spring. 10/10 would recommend.

Our journey with Dependable started from a random google search of contractors in Fairborne OH. I reached out to have a simple repair done to my roof which resulted in a completed roof replacement. Brian was quick to go out and assess the damage to the small area and then let me know that there was more extensive damage to other parts of the roof. I was suspicious at the time because I thought he was just trying to make more money off me, however he suggested I call my insurance company and have an independent assessment done. The insurance adjuster found a lot of damage and suggested we file a claim. After several weeks of back and forth between me, the adjuster, Dependable, and the insurance company we finally got the repairs approved. Brian was vital to making this happen and communicated with me constantly. The work was done fast and done well. I would highly recommend Dependable Construction.

In late 2015 or early 2016, someone decided to drive their SUV into our church. Our insurance company gave us the name of a person who was supposed to be the only one i the area that could do the brick work. I was aware of Dependable Construction and it's owner so I called them. Not only did they do the work, they did it in a timely manner. When the work was done, they cleaned up and it was like nothing happened. We called them back to install the seamless gutters on the church and they also replaced the roof on the parsonage. Thank you for the work and more importantly the great treatment from every worker who has been on the job sites.
