I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve pick up truck this week, which was the second vehicle in a row from Jeff Schmitt Auto Group. Working with Autumn was awesome as she is an excellent sales "consultant". She took an atypical, consultative approach and got me into the perfect truck for my needs.

Autumn asked a lot of informed questions. I didn't feel like I was being "pitched" and there was not the typical pressure. Plus, after I bought the truck SHE called me to set up the removal of windshield tint which was part of the deal. Great follow up.

Had amazing experience buying a new 2023 Rogue Platinum. They found the color in another state that I wanted and had it brought to them. They were so knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and spent so much time going over all of the features on the car with me. A big shout out to Adam and Colton and rest of the team for everything!!! I am really enjoying my new ride!!

I have never down a google review ever in my life. Personally just takes too much time out of my day. And this is the first google review I have done in my 27 years of living. So I want everyone to really take notice of this review.

Jeff Schmitt will be the ONLY dealership I will support in the local Dayton area. The hospitality and customer service is beyond the call of duty. I feel forever indebted to this dealership, I total my vehicle a week prior to my birthday. My insurance was going to stop paying for my rental insurance, I was not prepared to get a vehicle in this market AT ALL. But the people at Jeff Schmitt literally worked a miracle to get me the car that I wanted. Please allow this dealership to work for you. Jeremy was my sales person, by far the best salesman I ever worked with. I felt like Jeremy was my long lost bestfriend from high school. We instantly just clicked, very transparent and willing to do everything in his power to make sure I was happy. Thank you to George, Adam, and Matt for being very detailed and specific on what he needed from me called my lien holder multiple times to get the information he needed. Thank you for making additional phone calls on my behalf whenever bank/credit union turned me down. Even my own credit union wasn't willing to work with me but you all just kept taking notes and go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I don't want to go into all the specifics just know that these individuals legit worked a miracle for me. Tyler, my salesperson, was awesome. He was knowledgeable about all the operations of my new 2023 Nissan Altima. Two separate times, Tyler patiently demonstrated how to work all the pertinent features of the car for me. He then made sure that I retained the information by return demonstration. He made sure that the car was thoroughly detailed to my pleasing! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase; and the awesome customer service!
