“Dr. Shade is an outstanding physician. She is personable and professional. I saw her to evaluate my cataracts. After extensive testing with technicians, I met Dr. Shade. Although the practice is very busy, she was not hurried during my examination and took time to explain my condition. She diagnosed extreme dry eye and said that remedying the dry eye may improve my vision enough that I won't need cataract surgery right away. I was impressed by her integrity.”

“From the first inquiry on a used Jeep Gladiator that my husband came across one at Germain Ford, he knew it was the perfect vehicle for him, and definitely the right dealership to deal with. It was about a three hour drive for us, and Troy went above and beyond by going out and looking everything that we had questions about on the jeep. He was very honest, very professional. When we arrived in Beavercreek, and pulled into the dealership lot, we were greeted by Sarah, she is amazing. She grabbed the keys and said take it on a test drive to lunch! We came back and signed the paperwork that was all ready. We had everything worked out prior with the trade of our Ram and did the financing with them. Travis was the finance manager, he came out and talked before we went back to finish the last part. It definitely didn’t feel like we had just met these people! If I lived there, these are the type of people I want to work there. But needless to say, we would make the trip back if we were looking for another vehicle! “I recently visited this facility and upon walking in, I immediately felt the warmth and kindness of the staff. It was happy hour with music and residents were having a wonderful time. The decor is a little outdated, but the friendliness is so much more important. My mom was in a brand new facility and it was beautiful. But the staff did not plan things for residents and it was very boring. I don’t understand the one star reviews, but I suspect a few are from disgruntled former employees. I highly recommend this facility.”

He was very patient and friendly through our dozens of questions. They packed them up and loaded them in the car for us too. We had a very good experience here.”
