I truly appreciate the staff at this location. They always make sure that I get the car that I need, they're very accommodating, and do a great job of getting me out as quick as they can. I also appreciate it how friendly the staff is, they make you feel more than just a customer!
I had to rent a car after mine was stolen for about a month and a half, and the staff was beyond helpful. They gave me a 2021 Nissan Altima which was in great condition and had all the features I love. If you need a rental, I highly recommend Enterprise.
I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location! They went above and beyond to accommodate me from our very first interaction. I needed to rent a car because my personal car is getting a repair, they allowed me to pick up my rental Monday morning almost 3 hours early so I didn't have to miss any more work. On Thursday they called me to notify me that the car I was renting had hit a certain mileage and they were going to take the car off the lot, and asked me to bring it in to be put in a newer car. I had absolutely no problem with this as I drive A LOT for work, and have the car reserved for two weeks. I was able to swap out the cars today (Friday), and was given the choice between two cars, and they had me ready to go in five minutes. Now, I got 10 minutes down the interstate and just absolutely did not like how to car drove, and I want to make it clear that the car was in perfect condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car itself, it was just a personal preference of how the car handled. I brought it back and asked if there was any way I could be put in a different car, because as I stated I drive so much for work, I just wanted to be comfortable with the vehicle I was driving. Kiara is the employee who has helped me most throughout the process, and I cannot describe how amazing her customer service is. She gladly switched me into another vehicle, again in less than five minutes I was out of there! There were a few other things along the way that they accommodated for me as well, but seriously, this is the best location I've ever been to!
