EarPro Audiology: Dr. Katie Cisler

I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Katie Cisler was outstanding in all respects. She evaluated my hearing loss, explained the hearing aid options available to me, arranged for me to purchase the hearing aids at a good price, and worked with me to become comfortable with the hearing aids. Throughout the process, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient with all of my questions, and a good listener. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision or buy anything. She definitely made a big difference in my life. For anyone who is considering acquiring hearing aids, I highly recommend Dr. Katie Cisler at EarPro Audiology, LLC.

As you can see from the other reviews, Dr. Katie Cisler is a fantastic audiologist. She has a true heart for veterans. I recently had a problem with one of my hearing aids and my regular VA community care network provider wasn't available at the time. Dr. Cisler made time for me before her regular hours and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes!

I highly recommend her whether you are a veteran or not. Dr. Cisler is knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Katie Cisler was amazingly helpful and professional this week. I was visiting family in Ohio and had a significant problem with my aids. She analyzed my aids and hearing difficulties in an unusual situation. I will say she significantly improved my hearing in one emergency visit.
When I return permanently, I will seek Dr. Cisler as my audiologist. She was exceptionally accommodating in less than an ideal situation.

She has terrific insight, she was resourceful contacting associates who might be able to assist until I return. I walked out hearing markedly better. She checked on my progress and gave additional treatment information in my area.

You will not find a better associate in Bellbrook!
