(August 16, 2023, 3:24 pm)I've always had great service from the medical staff. The problem comes with communication. I was out of town and tried to call dozens of times over several days to speak to someone about test results. There is no option to send a message on their online portal and no one ever answered when I called nor was there even a mailbox setup to leave a message.
