“Of some of the bed Bath & beyond this one is always been the cleanest and most open that I’ve ever been in. And even to now they still do a good job keeping the peanut and generally you’re gonna find anything that you normally want in a bed bath and beyond. Highly suggest that you look online first and just use their pick up service but sometimes walking through the store is kind of the reason why you wanna go.”

“Firehouse subs or BiBi-bop, the predicament everyone comes to when they park in the parking lot of cornerstone. Me and my associate Brooks also ran into the predicament and we flipped a coin and landed on firehouse subs. When walking in we were quickly greeted with a welcome to firehouse and immediately felt welcomed and were comfortable ordering our food. The menu was easy to read and I ordered the club on the sub with wheat bread and no mayo. I wasn’t disappointed at all with my sub and was extremely satisfied (10/10 sub). The pickle also didn’t disappoint and It complimented the sub well. Although I didn’t order any chips I was pleased to see a wide variety of chips. Now for the cleanliness. When I sat down I found my self cleaning off the crumbs from the morning rush and the floor was noticeably dirty from afar. Meaning I would have appreciated to see an employee notice this but although it was dirty my overall experience wasn’t too impacted by this and if I could I would have given this place a 4.5 / 5 star rating but I can only choose from 4 and 5 stars. “After three weeks of a constant headache, neck pain, and eye pain with multiple appointments to the doctor for muscle relaxers, etc.-- I was feeling no relief. I left my first appointment with Dr. Hershberger and felt changes immediately. In our initial conversation, I felt like she listened and truly sought to understand my situation. I continue to feel heard and respected (which can be difficult to find in a provider) and my progress and symptom relief is a testament to how knowledgeable and skilled she is. Scheduling is straightforward and flexible, communication is easy-- the entire experience from top to bottom was wonderful. I cannot recommend Dr. Hershberger enough!”

One in Kettering and the other in Vandalia neither coin dealer spent the time or care that Don did. When it was all said and done, Don paid us more than we were expecting, that was the best part. “The Estate was our wedding venue on 4/29/22. We chose this place for the combination of beautiful grounds, large windows with natural lighting, ability to choose vendors, opportunity for a horse appearance, and affordability around this time last year. Most of our experiences with The Estate have been great and they were helpful in making our wedding day happen. Their email response times are pretty good (within 24-48 hrs), and they were proactive in most communications. On the day of, everything was set out, super clean (including the horse) and ready to go for us. And I think the bridal suite was even remodeled since we first toured, so they are clearly focused on improving and expanding what they offer! The Estate has an organized set of meetings leading up to weddings, and they help make sure you're checking off all the milestones you need to. You get the chance to walk around and take pictures or plan how you need to. We definitely recommend inviting your coordinator, photographer, and maybe DJ to The Estate during the last meeting. Our only reasons for not giving five stars are 1) the number of changing contacts, and 2) the length of approval process for vendors. We understand people changing roles or moving on; it happens, but it does also contribute to the experience of working with a venue. The knowledge exchange from one liaison to the next was decent, but there is always a learning curve and when planning something as stressful as a wedding, it's a tinge extra stressful when you don't know if the person you are speaking with knows all of the verbal and written communications preceding them. For vendor approval, each major vendor (photographer, DJ, coordinator, caterer, etc.) needs to fill out an agreement with The Estate if they have not worked with them prior, and provide proof of licenses/insurance. We're happy such a vetting process exists, but we were not always left on copy for emails when approval had been given, and aren't supposed to sign contracts with vendors before they have been approved, so that made figuring out whether we were good to go a challenge sometimes. Our photographer took so long to get approved during Nov/Dec that we had to push the second half of our engagement shoot out several months due to needing to wait to sign our contract. Overall, good place to work with and we are happy we had our wedding there. Highly recommend working with LMR Catering for ease and familiarity with The Estate, and hiring a coordinator/planner. Pro tip: you're going to have to work with Prime Time rentals, so look for when their next open house is! They're huge and fun. Enjoy your wedding planning!”

“I recently ordered a vegan cake for a Fall get-together, and it was the best vegan cake I've ever had! Tina was fantastic to work with and extremely kind and flexible, especially with only about 24 hours' notice. Her creativity really shined in her Fall color scheme and leaf design, which you can see below. She also made the cake half vanilla, half chocolate on request, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone really liked the cake -- especially the vanilla layer -- and I will most definitely order another one in the near future! I highly recommend Tina, especially if you are looking for a vegan cake!”

“Beautiful reserve! There is a decent size hill that has a trail that goes to its highest point and trails that go around the bottom of the hill. Also trails that go through the prairie grass and beside The Little Miami River that is very scenic. Parking is more than adequate. There is a portable restroom and a picnic table. There isn't a playground.”
