Harley-Davidson of Xenia

The staff at Harley of Xenia were SO helpful when I was shopping for a motorcycle. I took one for a test ride, and when turning around a truck pulled out in front of me and I already had the handle bars turned but had to lock the brakes. When I did that, the motorcycle slowly but surely went down on its left side. The only damage was a small scrape on the plastic saddle bag. I asked several times if I could pay for the fix, but they wouldn’t take my money. I did end up getting a almost new trike, and they treated me like family !

I was on the road traveling to a conference when I had some issues with my motor. The service department immediately got my bike up on a lift and got me fixed in a short amount of time. Couldn't thank them enough for the quick turnaround.

Amazing service staff was able to squeeze me in on my trip from PA today KY for an emergency I was having with my handlebars while on the road. I'm super appreciative and thankful to the service department!
