...the guy answering the phone on 7.31 & speaking on the doctor's behalf tho, we'll just say not so much--could have been better for sure, might not have been able to help, but could have spoken with a more professional tone/less of an attitude...

I don't usually write reviews, but today is the day. My family, friends and other patients that we witnessed in the ER have not had great experiences with some doctors, nurses and employees there at Green Memorial due to their lack of cruel disrespect, horrible lack of choice of words and actions towrds a lot of patients that they believe is only there for the pain medication rather than patients honest pain that are not only there for just medication. I had to take the time to write a great review for the 2 nurses who took care of me as a patient today.

These 2 nurses were not only doing an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my pain as their patient today but they were very patient, kind, calm, understanding, trustworthy and friendly with me even though I was the total Opposite do to the pain, Anxiety, and past experiences that Ive had their in the ER. They still managed to make sure to do whatever they had to do in order to help bring my pain an anxiety at ease. They both helped me to overcome the thought of not being comfortable to comfortable. They helped me to come to an understanding with my self thoughts that
not all nurses are the same nor should they be treated unfairly like some of the nurses and doctors there that Do treat patients unfairly and unkind. I told myself that they are not all as those kinda people. THANK YOU Diane & Calvin for working so hard to set a much better examples on how a patient should be treated🙂 Even though I was checked into a room waited over 6 hours just to be seen by a doctor in order for them to help assist me with my rate of 10 pain. they still did everything they could to make sure I left as a happy patient. we need more nurses like them. The emergency room was amazing. You could tell that the staff genuinely cared for the patients and they took the best possible care of me. My nurse was Kari, and she made sure to explain what was going on before she did anything. Angie was up front working and was very nice and efficient. Mil was the doctor who took me to get a CT scan and was very nice and funny. My doctor was Elizabeth Janevski and she made sure to listen to what was going on and she had a very detailed plan/direction for treatment. Such a great experience for having to go to the ER, I recommend going here for any emergency needs!

Great experience. Husband and I were tested for COVID and were positive. He came in Sunday and I came in Wednesday and were treated great by staff, nurses doctors and techs. What a great place that is quick efficient and sent us home with meds and instructions for getting better. Thanks Kettering great job.
