I have arthritis in my knees and my right knee is worse than left, I saw on here numerous people recommended Kettering Health Far Oaks Orthopedists. I was there today and saw Dr. Jerry Ahluwalia ( they call him Dr. Jerry) and his assistant Gina. From check in knee X-ray and receiving injection I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, the physician was so soft spoken, kind, knowledgeable and actually apologized after injection for the pain. “Laurie Bankston has been my doctor for the last 3 years now. Before I started going to her, I have to admit, I was very uncomfortable around doctors and always avoided them. Over the years, I realized that my fears were entirely misplaced. She's been a huge proponent in making me feel comfortable during my visits and I love that I no longer have the fear that I had before. For the first time today, I had an issue with a prescription that was not able to be written because she was out of the office. As much as I was disappointed, Her clinical staff and the receptionists at the front desk were very professional and apologetic on the issue. Not only that, but they went above and beyond to contact my doctor to see what she could do to help. It was 'all hands on deck' for me!
