High On The Hill

I stopped by Loyalty Collision to see if someone call look at a place on passenger side door where someone scraped it. Michael came out to look at it and sprayed something on it and it look so much better. I appreciate him taking time to help me.

I had my Ford Focus worked on at the Chester location last month. The ladies at the front desk, Shelby and Kaelynn, have great customer service skills! They were friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had. Alex, the Customer Service Rep, was very informative when she provided me with the updates. I would definitely choose Loyalty Collision over any other body shop in the area!

I was at the taco truck right by here at BP and it was amazing. So for that I'll rate this random place a 5 star

The girls are so sweet inside. They have changed the whole shop all around. I found a very nice dress shirt. A great time and I will be back!!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad. A deer crossed in front of him on a road and he had no time to stop, thus hitting the deer (there was a car behind him so he couldn't just stop). Fortunately my dad was ok and able to drive the car home. The next day, we took the car into our car dealership and they told us to go to Loyalty Collision. (Chester Location) We went and talked to Ms. Gabby Faith and Mr. Marc Barnes. Marc took a look at the car and explained to us what needed to be done. He enjoys working on cars and working with customers. Marc went over the options with my dad and then the paperwork was signed. Upon completion of the work, the car looks brand new! Mr. Marc Barnes did a fantastic and professional job. We highly recommend Mr. Marc Barnes and this company. All of the staff we interacted with are friendly. It is worth it to stop by this place. It is clear that with these folks that they want to do it right for the customer and take the time to carefully repair the vehicles they are servicing.They are awesome. Just as a little side note, as customers, my family and I always treat all employees at all places we go kindly and with respect. Will be recommending this place!
