“Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office, ever. I applied to be a patient Friday evening, Saturday night completed the paperwork, and received a call Monday morning asking if I was available Tuesday at 9am for my new patient appointment. When I arrived, I sat in a small waiting room for less than 5 minutes when I was taken back to a room. A nurse took my vitals and shortly after Dr. Frank (Francis) entered the room. My God, is this guy the most genuine person I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt more comfortable talking about personal medical issues in my life. He’s quick to smile, quick to tell a joke, and very thorough in the initial visit. I’d been going to St Elizabeth my entire life, I’ll turn 32 next year, I had no idea that I was in the age range most susceptible to testicular cancer, (almost in the clear) … it had never been discussed with me. This was covered in my first visit. I could go on and on and on. Honestly for the first time in my life I felt like a patient, and I had a doctor who wasn’t looking every answer up in a database or reading off a script. I HIGHLY recommend this private practice.”

“I've only spoken to Dr.Poland and haven't yet been to his office (yet) because I'm going to a different clinic as of right now and I'm trying to transition to Dr.Polands office instead of me having to go all the way Downtown 3 times a month which is way to much for me right now. Other clinic is making me come to 2 meetings a month plus talk to counselor Once a week! I've never had a dirty screen and have always followed the clinics rules so don't understand why they have suddenly decided to make this difficult. From my 25 minutes of speaking to Dr.Poland on phone I can already tell he is compassionate and cares about his patients. Hopefully I can afford and make the transition to Dr.Poland's office soon. Also his office is within ebike distance to my home which would be so much simpler. God bless all.”

“Everyone at the About Face Surgical Arts is wonderful and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about my visit as I’ve never removed any teeth before or have gone under anesthesia. Dr. Khan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He met with me and explained everything to me in details. I had three of my wisdom teeth removed and I am amazed as to how fast my recovery was without any complications. They checked on me once on the day of my surgery and then about a week later after my procedure. It was the best experience I have ever experienced when it comes to my dental care. “I’ve been coming to this practice since I was 16 years old and seeing Renee since then, she delivered my son and did an amazing job. 5 stars for her ! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. However, I was really disappointed that I scheduled my appointment back in May for last week and they texted to have me call the day before to be screened for COVID, and didn’t mention until the day before my appointment that I couldn’t bring anyone with me (my 10 month old son) it was frustrating not knowing I couldn’t bring him and only having 24 hours notice to find a sitter. They should send a text sooner to inform people this. Was really just inconvenient. Otherwise, a great practice.”

I was definitely hesitant, I didn’t think doing acupuncture would actually help me have a normal cycle. I’ve been seeing Dr. Brittany for a little over 6 months and have yet to miss a cycle!!
