(February 27, 2020, 2:36 pm)Thank you to KOI for their amazing customer service. I had visited an AutoZone near me on a Saturday for help with a part for my positive battery connector. They gave me a part but it didn't work. I visited the Blue Ash KOI and they were friendly and helpful. They gave me two possible solutions and the one that didn't work, I could bring back for a refund. They are courteous, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. I will definitely be using them from now on!
