My 12 year old pointed out that most of the bad reviews were at least 2 years old. Past staff / management problems? State / federal meddling during COVID? Bottom line: Is it posh? Maybe not. Does the management team wield limited resource effectively? I think so. Does the staff care? As far as I can tell, yes.”
