Everyone was so nice and helpful it's been over a year since the MVA I was in. Here is where my physical therapy began. Totally recommend. ✌️ When I was discharged the therapist and nurses all said goodbye at the door cheering 📣 for me to recover. A FOTO from back then.

My grandmother fell and broke her hip in October, post her hip replacement she was transferred from Las Palmas hospital to this rehabilitation center. I was weary at first because of prior experience with a different facility. This place was amazing. They put my grandmother through, as she would say, "boot camp". My grandmother was afraid she may never walk again, but she is coming home today independent with just minimal assistance. I would like to point out a few people who treated my grandmother as if she was part of their family, Joe and Edgar were OT and PT because of all of their hard work with her she is confident she will be fully independent by the new year. Other staff I would like to give recognition to; Jessica RN, she admitted my grandmother. Jerry CNA who was with my grandmother from his first day and was amazing! He's a keeper. Other staff my grandmother said the care was impeccable with, Claudette, Rebecca, and all of the rest of the Las Palmas family! I cannot express my gratitude! Thank you so very much! One last thing that I want to point out, there were nursing students involved in my grandmother's care from UTEP, NMSU, and Texas Tech, they were all exemplary and will all make great nurses! Please tell them to keep up the good work! All of my love to you all for making this the most positive environment for my grandma I knew she was in great hands! P.S. Lilly thanks a million! Thank you a million times over!

My mother transitioned from Las Palmas Hospital to Rehab after an acute kidney injury and the level of care was excellent and staff went above & beyond, all amidst COVID restraints. Administration was responsive, courteous and very professional amidst funding & visitation constraints. Only thing is for communication expectations with family to be set up front for weekly case notes or review. It is a well-run operation--KUDOS & Gratefulness to All who care for our loved ones!

My mom had to have surgery for a serious back injury and after the surgery was transferred to Las Palmas Rehab and it was the best thing that could have happened to her. The staff at this facility were the absolute best. They did everything in their power to keep my mom safe during this Covid pandemic. They would take a chair outside her window so that my dad could go and sit there and they could talk to one another on their cell phones. They even taught my mom how to use FaceTime and how to check her messages! I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and the care they provided to my mom. As a nurse that has always judged other health care workers against my own level of care I can honestly say that this facility is the first to ever exceed my standards of care! Kudos to you all!!
