I have to put my review right at the top of the best experience I have ever had. We bought our salt spreader at lease a month ago, so to be ready when the snow did come, well it came, and turns out I needed a bigger one, so I called them, without so much even a question, they let me return and upgrade to the correct one for my size property (Herb) was right on top of it with perfect service!
