Initially, they were very helpful with the amount and type of coverage we needed that instilled confidence that we were adequately protected. The true testament to their service is when you need them. Recently, I had a fender bender that required my car to be towed. From the scene of the accident, I reached out to Gibbs Insurance Associates to make them aware of the situation and confirm what needed to be done. Immediately, they put me in contact with a body shop where my car would go and helped to line up a tow truck and rental car. During the next few hours, they made sure everything went smoothly and that my car made it to the body shop and that I was in my rental and on my way. I never expected them to help me as much as they did and I surely didn't expect it to go as smoothly as it did.
