After high winds left half of a large tree on our house, a neighbor recommended Gregory Forrest Lester. I'm so grateful! Oliver Lester arrived quickly to assess the situation and was able to get some branches off my internet line.
The crew showed up the next day and worked like a well-oiled machine. Jared, the foreman, was professional and friendly, as were the rest of the guys. You could tell that safety was a priority for the company, and the clean up was very thorough.
One thing to note is that the company is a full-service arborist, so they can consult on tree replacement and tree health as well. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful job removing a 40-foot "stump" from a tree that was cut by half years ago, they went above and beyond to remove it. Noah did a great job with removing all the cut wood and grinding the stump completely out, coming back after a rain shower to do so.

Gregory Forrest trimmed a small tree in my front yard & trimmed & cabled a very large hackberry tree in my tiny and hard-to-access city backyard. The guys who came out to assess the trees & give me an estimate, as well as the team that came out to do the work, were all very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about trees. Our huge, beautiful magnolia tree was sick. Leaves were thinning and browning. Lester's services saved my tree and the results were noticeable within a few weeks, if not days. Now my tree is making a full recovery as it seems, with bright, robust green leaves and gorgeous blooms. I am so thankful!

I would definitely recommend using Gregory Forrest Lester for your tree work. They recently removed three trees from our yard & ground the stumps. The team, led by Jared, was professional, worked efficiently & made sure the project ran smoothly. We couldn't believe how quickly it was done. Duke Energy commented that they must be very skilled to have executed the job so well in a challenging spot.

A few months back, when a tree fell on our neighbors house, they came our during the night to assess it & then had it removed by the next day. We were all very impressed.

We had additional trees to be removed & initially chose another company to work with based only on price. Turned out, a month & a half later the other company still hadn't done the job & was putting us off for another 3+ weeks.
