My air conditioning broke. I realized at 10:13pm. Called and reported emergency outage at 10:15pm. Avilla emergency maintenance called at 10:18pm. Issac showed up at 10:40pm.Changed the capacitor Problem fixed by 11pm. Excellent customer service and maintenance support.

The front office staff were very informative, gave us a tour when we requested and showed us several floor plans and toured the entire site without the high pressure to apply. They are definitely an improvement from your typical apartments and townhomes. The only issue is that they are close together and a bit overpriced. If you can pay the rent here you might want to consider getting a mortgage and buying a house.
