Angie does a wonderful job at addressing specific areas that are in need of attention. My last visit I was experiencing a lot of muscular pain in my mid back. Since my massage, I have not had any pain. To me, that is amazing. I also have had neck pain since an accident two years ago. The long term care that I have received from Angie and massage have decreased that pain so much. I am always pleased with her professionalism and knowledge in her career. The new facility is amazing! It is very comfortable and induces a calm and peaceful experience. I would recommend Angie to anyone I know.
One Step Ahead Fitness is a great place. Both Patty and Angie will individualize your workout or massage. My family and I have been training with Patty for over 4 years. We have now added massages with Angie to our wellness routine. I would highly recommend both of them and their service. Truly has helped me age gracefully.
Love One Step Ahead fitness! The facility is State of the art and meticulously maintained!!! Patty and Angie are both awesome. I was referred to Angie by a friend, and she definitely did not disappoint! It was my first massage and I didn’t know what to expect. Angie made me feel very comfortable and did an AMAZING job. She worked on all the areas of my back that were tight and I felt so much better. Super clean space, very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back!!!! Highly recommend!
