(May 30, 2021, 2:39 pm)Very helpful and accommodating staff! I’m a newbie, and I had no idea how to fix my flat. The young man at the store showed me, step by step, so that I can do it myself in the future. He gave me tips on oiling the chain, and he even carried a bike rack out to my car so I could see whether it might obscure my backup camera. Another tech checked out my not-so-new tires and said he didn’t think they needed to be replaced just yet. I appreciate the integrity.
