It’s never about his own agenda, but about what you want to accomplish. I personally know people that he has helped eliminate pain or improved strength. I’ve lost 50 lbs in the last year working with him at a slow, steady and healthy pace. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with him a few weeks now, and not only have I gained a great friend, I also learned some great tools and tips to help fix all the nagging injuries I’ve been dealing with forever! Highly recommend hiring him as a Personal Trainer!
