I love this woman.
Staff had no knowledge of what a claim was, I was put on hold ten mins.only for staff to hang up on me.I wouldn't recommend this place. Still can't get the situation over they keep faxing very little information for a review.
Professional Staff, very customer service oriented. Good amount of patient traffic. The only drawback is affordability. Prices are double that of other orthodontic offices.
I took my grandaughter to Dr.Newby. The Customer Service was excellant starting at the front desk , assistants and Dr. Newby. My whole experience was 1st class. They all where professional, compassionate and friendly. The office is a very busy office but the care is well worth sometimes having to wait a bit. Her office wouldn't be busy if she didn't give good care to her patients. Very dedicated and hard workers.Thank you Dr Newby and staff. Patty Powers
My son has been going to Dr. Newby about 2 years now & I absolutely love her! Never had an issue with the office. Super sweet people here.
