Great customer service - always fast delivery. Had a recent purchase of tennis/pickleball shoes that were defective. Everyone I had contact with was professional and positive. Received a quick remedy with a warranty claim replacement. That great customer service is how you keep customers for life!

Great company to work with! Ordered a racquet which I got within a couple days. Called for assistance with another order a few days later. They were very nice and helpful and that order arrived next day! Very pleased with the service and shipping speed (I am also in the Midwest).

Wide selection of rackets, shoes, clothing, gifts, and more for tennis and pickleball. Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. We got three rackets to trial for the week. Excellent option if you are not sure what you want.
