(July 6, 2020, 12:55 pm)Mr. Preston and his staff did an exceptional job with caring for our loved one during his passing in the midst of a pandemic. They were faced with the task of shipping his body to Jamaica and endured delays because of the covid19 lockdown. They were patient and professional and really comforted and assured the family during our times of panic. Once the airlines opened up they were prompt with all the details for the family and preserved our loved so well that upon arrival in Jamaica after a long wait the family there was very impressed.

We were never without anything we desired and their fairness and transparency of charges was unexpectedly rare! Cincinnati definitely has a new and welcomed flag ship funeral home in town!
