I walked in looking for a certain car, and left with an awesome low-miles 2017 RAV4! Eric was super easy to work with, low pressure, and focused on making sure I got the perfect car for me. Thank you Eric! One minor thing: Carlson made a modification to the car when it came on the lot and charged me $300 extra for it. Come on guys, at least roll that into the price of the car. Also, if you finance your car through Toyota, be prepared: the extended warranty and maintenance plan spiels are like a masterclass in high-pressure sales tactics. Otherwise I had a positive experience and would recommend.

Kou and Emily are amazing to work with! Started my 4runner search back in June and they were extremely helpful finding exactly what I wanted. They were knowledgeable when it came to the customizations I wanted and what they recommended and they kept in contact and kept me very informed throughout the whole process. They were actually probably more excited than me about creating my dream vehicle.

Shortly after, they assisted my husband in finding the perfect Tundra for him. They are amazing to work with and I would recommend everyone to meet with them!

I will return here for when I get my Tundra or any other car. I recommend the staff here. Every single person I worked with or even encountered for a few secs were genuinely nice. Sarah was the person who sold me my highlander. Tamara was around to ensure everything went smoothly. Marty was super nice as well. Ahmed also worked hard for me too. They all gave me great service . Even the gentleman waiting outside to help me find my car was great. My toddlers were going crazy going in and out of their offices and they had patience. I appreciated them. Sarah was doing everything to get me into my price range that I was okay with . They gave me a awesome deal on my trade . Other dealerships were not as accommodating as they were. I wish all my experiences were like this.
