Beautiful place. Lots of museums. Sadly the tower that you can see the control room was closed when we were there.
This is a Cincinnati landmark and is a must-see even if you only go and have a little something to eat, watch the news reel theater and eat a Graeters ice cream cone and don't go to the museums and Exhibits.
Parking is a $6 flat fee for 24 hours and is free for the first 30 minutes. There is a museum gift shop and spotless bathrooms with lockers available for $1 for 24-Hour Locker rental. The Graeter's Ice Cream Parlor sells large waffle cones for $6.35. To the right of the entrance is the kiosk to pay parking and a PNC ATM. To the left of the entrance is the newsreel theater which is free and very much worth seeing.
The price for an all-day admission to all of the exhibits and the Omnimax and all three of the Museum's is $30.50, but it doesn't cost anything beyond parking to come and enjoy the fountain outside and the beautiful rotunda and have something to eat and an ice cream cone. The breakdown for multiple museum tickets is shown below. There are options for eating and tables for sitting down and eating and a menu is shown below. There are also vending machines next to the Holocaust exhibit.
As you enter walk straight through the Rotunda to the back hall and the Amtrak waiting area is on the right. There is no ticket window so tickets must be purchased online.
Just passing through, very cool to visit. Many options for pull through parking, you do have to pay after 30 minutes and it’s metered with an arm so I don’t recommend the parking lot with a camper in tow. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The art is absolutely amazing inside and it’s a beautiful building to just be inside of.
Easy parking/drop off area. Fast ticket line. Easy access to all venues. Handicap accessible.
