“I ordered 6 replacement windows from this company to spruce up my home before I put it on the market. Great news...my home sold in less than a day! However, the buyer was applying for a VA loan and the bank would not finance the home unless I replaced the two garage windows as well. I ordered the additional 2 windows and for some reason only one came in. Even after they guaranteed me the window would be on the next truck, unfortunately it was not! We cannot close until the windows are replaced. I am so upset right now and will never order anything else from this company. This is holding up the closing on my new house as well. I want to give an update. After I wrote this review I spoke with Aaron at American Window and he informed me he was planning on driving to Louisville, which is half way to the plant to pick up my window. He was able to deliver the window right to my house by 3:45, just in time for the loan closing at 4:30. I know have much more confidence in this company and cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile to get the job done.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. I was looking for an SUV in the cities near me with no luck. I found a reasonably priced Jeep on marketplace located at this place. I live an hour and a half away. It wasn't hard to find with gps help. I initially went for a jeep patriot. They had a variety of different vehicles and I drove away with a SUV I was initially looking for. The guy was very nice, Answered all my questions. Only downside, with driving a distance, make sure you're there with enough time to be done by 5. They will not stay a minute longer.”

It's hard to find good, dependable and trustworthy mechanics; Ken's 66 is one of them. We've since moved out of the area to Butler County, but we still drive (or have it towed as was the case recently) our vehicles to Ken's for service. “Thanks for another great service! My 2011 9-3 Sedan is now my 3rd Saab purchase over a twenty-two year period. Why 3rd? It's based on a great product and a great service team to maintain it. These folks are the best at what they are trained and certified to do, which is to keep my 2011 9-3 Sedan in perfect running condition. Why only my 3rd? Sadly, my 2011 9-3 Sedan was one of the last few available in the US since Saab manufacturing ended. Costs are always discussed before service is performed so there are no surprises later. Saab uses only quality parts and materials. After inspecting tire tread levels, they also rotated my tires as needed. I completely trust the service department to keep my Saab running until the production of electric models are hopefully available.”
