“I love this practice! I was so tired of my family doctor looking at his watch and waiting 60 minutes or more to see him. Doctors affiliated with the big hospital groups ( 80% +) have changed and it's become a pretty cold experience. They often have 15-20 minute time guidelines and they loose " points" if they don't refer to doctors within the group. You need an appointment for every issue which means coming back again and again and more $$$$. I started to feel like the $$$$ were the ONLY motive, not patient care. I feel the opposite with Dr. Larkin's practice. Never rushed, always thorough. I can always get in. I never wait more than a few minutes. Sometimes I get questions answered via email or a phone call. I pay a monthly fee but I think I'm actually saving money. It really feels like they care because .... they do.”
