“I love this practice! I was so tired of my family doctor looking at his watch and waiting 60 minutes or more to see him. Doctors affiliated with the big hospital groups ( 80% +) have changed and it's become a pretty cold experience. They often have 15-20 minute time guidelines and they loose " points" if they don't refer to doctors within the group. You need an appointment for every issue which means coming back again and again and more $$$$. I started to feel like the $$$$ were the ONLY motive, not patient care. I feel the opposite with Dr. Larkin's practice. Never rushed, always thorough. I can always get in. I never wait more than a few minutes. Sometimes I get questions answered via email or a phone call. I pay a monthly fee but I think I'm actually saving money. It really feels like they care because .... they do.”

My windshield got hit by a stone and I was so upset. I stopped at Advance Auto for advice and Richard from the parts department was so awesome. He greeted me promptly and professionally and showed me the different kit choices. Then he took his time to compare the different products and benefits, and then he reviewed the prices with me.
