“I had to get a new copy of my birth certificate and I was honestly dreading my visit. I pictured a DMV-type hellscape and had set some time aside just in case. Well turns out I was way off the mark. The staff here is friendly and helpful, which was needed for me because it's a big building (enter in the back in my case). The kiosk system to order documents and then hop across the hall for the document itself is great. Easy peasy. I was in and out in 10 or so minutes, give or take. Well-oiled machine here and friendly folks to help you get where you want to be.”
