“September 14, 2020 a tire picked up a bolt and was completely flat. I limped into this Bob Sumerel Tire location as they were closing. The service rep at the desk said they could not repair the tire but to pull around back for some air. A technician greated me and realized the tire would not take air. He happily jacked up my car and put the donut spare on, making sure it was properly inflated. He also gave me a tire bag so I could put the wheel into the trunk. I was on the way to perform military honors at a Navy funeral and was not looking forward to getting dirty and sweaty. I wish to thank the staff for their kindness and help that allowed me to get to my appointment on time. Thank you.”

“Cintas is a great company to work for. As with anyplace you work there are going to be problems. The Management is proactive with dealing with problems that are brought to their attention. I have been working here 2.5 years now, and in my personal opinion this company goes out of their way to take care of employees, especially ones that have been here a few years or more; so much so that I feel its almost to the point of spoiling them, but that not something to complain about. Next time you hear someone complain about Cintas, why don't you ask why, and for facts, and then ask them to think about what has Cintas done for them? Most people I run into on the street that claim to have worked for Cintas, want to come back!!”

“I seriously recommend this store! I’ve been to the other running stores, but this one went the extra mile to make sure I had the right shoes. They measured my foot (I’m a 30 year old woman and no other store has done that), which it turns out I’ve been running in shoes a size smaller than I should be wearing. They also watched me jog/ run (most stores tell you to go outside and see how they feel, but they don’t actually watch you to see if you’re running a certain way). They also had complementary beer on tap! And we’re so friendly!”
