(May 19, 2021, 10:44 am)We lost our contractor late in the game, decided to move forward as our own GP, knowing that this increased the chances of impactful details missed, compromises to be made and general bumps in the road. We understood that intellectually, but it’s different when you are in the moment, when you have no experience. We didn’t realize that Cierra was not only sales, she was also “installation support”. She always called us back promptly, exhibited a fantastic depth of knowledge, always kept her positive disposition and worked us through each challenge.
