“I have now lived over 4 years here at Renaissance West as my wife and I were the first residents here. We moved in mid August 2009. It has been a moving experience here due to the beautiful settings and ambiance throughout the building, starting as you walk through the doors. The employees are all well trained and meet your every need, all with a smile on their face and a freindly attitude. My wife passed away in early 2012 and I was helped through the initial grief period not only by the entire staff, but also very much by all the management personnel. I have met many wonderful residents here especially when we engage in the many activities offered here: cards, bingo, crafts, fitness, movies, and beauty shop to mention a few. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered by staffed chefs and well trained servers. Food is well planned with the idea to offer a variety of food items. Every meat has two entire items, and meals are planned to offer soup, salad, entree with vegetables, and a delicious dessert to top it off! We have a bus to take residents not only to doctor appointments, but excursions to outside restaurants, Senior Centers, performances, and the YMCA. When the opportunity recently came for me to be seen again by a Podiatrist my Primary Care physician and I decided that I should see him if possible. I see the same staff members each day/week and they are just so nice-always saying hi and stuff. The gym area is so clean and I love that they do not allow bags upstairs in the workout area. The locker room is nice because it has a sitting area with a TV, multiple hair dryers, changing rooms at the end of each locker set, and is generally super clean! The slides both inside and outside in the pool areas are a blast! My trainer, Robbie M, is such a good trainer and I have seen so much progress since Ive been working out with him!”

“Well I used to see Dr Lenz 25plus yrs ago when she was on Cheviot Road in White Oak... I'm just not comfortable with most ppl and Drs. But I was immediately comfortable with her. When she smiles and laughs... you can tell it's genuine. She picked up on my fibromyalgia 25-27 years ago! I thought fibromyalgia was some sort of deadly disease becos it had just come out. She literally cracked up laughing when I said"omg! How long do I have doc?!" ? But consoled me immediately ? and assured me I'd be ok. ? Not only is she great--every Dr she referred me to was awesome...IE: Dr Saba...who wasn't bad to look at either when you're going under the surgical knife ?? She's back in Cincinnati but not taking new patients yet. ?? I prbly shouldn't be singing her praises until I can get back on with her but... she definitely deserves the compliments. Her location has great parking. It's easily accessible from 275... and is in a very nice and safer area. The Drs in this medical plaza usually run very quick and your wait time is short. Seating areas, bathrooms etc are all very clean and comfortable. Dr Lenz is also affiliated with the BEST hospital system in Ohio... the Mercy Health systems and hospital. And trust me... unfortunately I have alot of stupid health issues so I've become quite the expert on grading good and bad health experts...? When I say sum1 is great... they are excellent. When I have to say sum1 is bad...RUN! Cos I really do hate to complain. It has to be pretty bad before I do 1-3 stars... Thank goodness for internet reviews... right? Most of the time when I go on and try low rating establishment's... I wish I woulda listened to the Google reviews. ? Dr Lenz is one of the best Drs I've ever had in the 6 decades of my life...IF you can get in with her... you must be doing something right because it's a blessing. If you get in tell her you saw my rating... mayyyybe it'll get me in the front door? LOL at myself again.”

“ProScan Westside is a great, well-equipped place for MRI and other medical related imaging. My experience with this facility was above my expectations. It was my first time doing an MRI and I had trouble going through the machine experience. Their technician Amanda helped me overcome the anxious feelings and stayed with me in the room during the procedure. So, I would recommend that you ask for Amanda when you are scheduled for anything, especially MRI. The overall customer service is also flawless.”
