Enterprise has rightfully become the leader in car rental companies. I remember way back when they were just a sub-level to average company that didn't really make me even want to walk in their door. Then BOOM! It seemed like from one trip to the next on an international flight through IAD, the company just "flipped that pancake" and completely reversed their strategies and quickly climbed the business ladder and left both Hertz and Avis far behind. One of those changes was how the company responds to feedback, and the fact that positive feedback is shared throughout the company is extremely impressive. This is a company serious about customer satisfaction, and if someone is legitimately not happy with their service, then they do everything they can to make things right. I simply cannot say enough about Enterprise. It is absolutely the best experience no matter which location I've visited (save one, where we had an issue that was promptly handled) and I've visited many across the US.

My wife had been in a wreck and the insurance we had to deal with sent is here. Couldn't have been more helpful, we had a medium sized car but die to her I juries she needed a small SUV. The insurance covered it no problem as she had a terrain but enterprise made all this seemless. Great experience and highly recommended.

This was the first time I dealt with the staff at Enterprise in Harrison.. They were excellent! Very friendly, professional, and accomading. I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. I worked with Josh and Dante and they were extremely helpful. Made both my visit and my fiancées visit very swift and easy. Ill be back! Great doing business with this location.
