He was on the ball showing me things about the vehicle, even noticing from a distance I didn't think the rear seats folded all the way down, and kindly came over to show me how. After a terrible experience with my local chevy dealer, I made a call to Hirlinger to ask if they had a specific vehicle on their lot that I'd come across on CarGuru or KBB. I was after a certain color equinox with the panoramic sunroof. Was happy to hear it was still available. Drove over an hour the same day and Joe had it warmed up and ready to go for a test drive when I got there. Price was well within fair market and the car looked brand new! No hassle, no fuss, I had already secured financing from my previous disappointment with my local dealer so was able to wire the funds to Hirlinger and pick the vehicle up a couple days later.
