We have worked with XAP360 for a little over a year now. They constantly continue to grow and add/update their existing system to better benefit their customers, which makes our jobs easier and more enjoyable. I have worked closely with XAP 360 on the marketing side in a professional capacity. They have been professional, timely, and are certainly subject matter experts with the technology for drone inspections and support services. I have enjoyed working with them and have found their value to be exponential in being able to communicate the purpose and advantage of using pivotal technology to prepare, protect, and support our client base.

Prior to working with XAP I had zero experience with drone technology. I would say that the learning curve in getting into it was steep. While on the surface there may not be a ton of formal training resources available, working with the people at XAP has been exceedingly helpful. Their sales people and tech support have always been able and willing to help me and provide the resources I have needed. They have also been regularly and readily available to provide direct one-on-one training when necessary. Even after running into some potential hurdles, their people were nothing less than expeditious in providing support and solutions to overcome the obstacles. By using XAP as a true partner rather than just a product or service, I would say that I could not be happier with them. In the end, they have been able to be extraordinarily helpful in my department's mission to grow into the 21st century - and have done so with an impeccable product, service, and support.
