(July 23, 2019, 8:08 pm)I began the process of having a headstone made for my mother in early April. By April 11th I approved the proof and was told the process would take 8-10 weeks from then to complete. While the process did extend past the timeframe given to me, the company did reach out and do a lot to make things right, including delivering a magnificent headstone as the end result. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience.

They were kind, patient, and very willing to create a custom design to memorialize my father. Maggie and Bill were wonderful to work with and were very compassionate through the process.
