I used Mainline to do a sewer scope for a property I’m buying in Covington Ky.
He came highly recommended by my realtor. And I really appreciated him coming out of his way.
I did ask if he was able to come a little earlier so he could be there at the same time as my whole home inspection. He came early and boy was he friendly. Immediately I loved his warm and friendly energy. He answered all our questions and explained in great detail everything he was doing and seeing during his scope.
The video of the scope was great. The quality and clarity was as good as it could have been for something like this. Not to mention the music he plays while scoping the sewer. It was silly and much appreciated.
He was professional, kind, timely, and definitely someone you wish you were friends with.
I couldn’t recommend him enough. 10/5 stars if you ask me.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and efficient with the sewer line inspection that he did for me. I was a client from out of state, looking to purchase a property near Patrick. I contracted with him from what I could glean from his add and a call to him. I have experience with drain lines and plumbing, probably just enough to be dangerous. I know that can be a delicate dance for the provider and the receiver. Patric was very good throughout the inspection and shared valuable local information of local codes and construction methods. This was an older building, so there were some challenges and old construction materials and methods. Patrick is very good at his trade and very fair with his time.
