Burlington House Rehab and Alzheimer's Center

I would recommend Burlington house to anyone my mother was there and everyone and i mean every one was outstanding i never had to worry once while she was there. The compassion of everyone to the receptionist lori to the finance manager brandon to all the hard working nurses that cared for my mom every single day. When my mother passed they made sure i got to see her before and after she passed they were like another family to me. When i was with my mom before the funeral home came and got her 3 different nurses came in all had tears in there eyes and shared a personal story with me about her and how they loved here they had genuine love for her they really do care and are top notch i love you all thank you for taking such good care of my best friend.

Great place for my loved one. Nursing is great, food is fantastic, and I’ve never see the building more clean! Big ups to house keeping.. Gretchen is fantastic and so is Jessi the admission lady! Highly recommend your loved one to this facility! Keep up the good work

After over 5 years of evaluating the area's senior care centers for one parent for long term care, Burlington House has been the one that is the top of my list. The team there has provided us with the level of care and professionalism that we needed. Although I had learned at other centers that a caring and compassionate staff was not industry standard, the skilled staff at Burlington House brought that compassion to my family.
Now, as my other parent began failing physically the administration at Burlington House has helped us with not only top notch short-term care but also helping us navigate the usually daunting process of addressing emergencies, evaluating options while keeping us well informed as we make decisions.
I don't worry about my dad being well taken care of there. This was something that had become a constant issue at other "care centers" in the area. Burlington is clean too! Another issues at other places in the past. All of the Burlington House team has been wonderful even while things were stress-filled with us on our side. The counselors, the aides, rehabilitation teams, managers, even housekeeping....has been top notch as well as caring, thoughtful and friendly.
I'm not really a review writer but after everything the last few years, I feel it's necessary, especially within the senior living community. I would have appreciated to have been able to have heard stories from other families about other care centers sooner.
