He took the time to conduct a thorough hearing test, guided me through the process of choosing the best hearing aids for my lifestyle, and took the time to provide follow up appointments to ensure I could hear the best possible in all life scenarios. I never felt rushed at any of my appointments and the quality of my life has significantly improved with such great hearing aids.
