Olde Montgomery

This place is great. The apartment is lovely, the grounds are fantastic. Best of all are the superb property managers, Cameron and Caitlin. I have been a real estate attorney and real estate investor for 36 years. In fact, I have been in many battles with property managers on behalf of my clients, and sued several, during that time. I can honestly and unequivocally say that this is the best managed property I have ever seen. The responsiveness and kindness of the property managers is exceptional. There are constant improvements going on--as I type this, they are replacing the exterior door to my building, which in my view did not need replacing. I cannot comment on the daily fresh-baked cookies in the leasing office--I've resisted thus far, but they look really good! I couldn't be happier.

We have rent apartment at several places since we moved to Cincinnati. Olde Montgomery definitely has the the best maintenance team ever!
Had a issue with bed room door lock around 8pm, it was not a true emergency but inconvenient, so we still decided to call. Surprisingly the stuff came here in 10 minutes and got it fixed quickly. Very nice stuffs, always respond to your requests and get work done in an efficient way! We really appreciate it.

I am a current resident of the Olde Montgomery apartment. I want to share that I am impressed with their prompt response to our maintenance request. We have made a few maintenance requests for our unit, and the maintenance team always took care of it within 24 hours. I just noticed that one of the dumbbells in the gym was not functioning. They ordered a replacement dumbbell within a few hours after my email! I really appreciate their customer service.

Olde Montgomery is a wonderful townhouse/apartment complex. The office staff, property manager, and maintenance are great to work with. They take time to listen to residents concerns and work with you to resolve issues. Each of these individuals care about their residents. They do an outstanding job communicating - explaining reasons for various decisions, and sending out courteous reminders. There system here at Olde Montgomery is technology oriented, as well as, personal. I enjoy living here and would highly recommend this family place. So, if anyone needs a place to live please check out these apartments and townhouses; you won't be disappointed.

I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio from Stuart, Florida 3 years ago. My wife and I have happily lived in Olde Montgomery for almost 2 years now. The apartments are homey and well suited for a spectrum of people, from first job out of college residents to older in retirement residents. There is also a really good Family vibe that comes from living here. There is nice sights to see, like the 2 ponds welcoming all into the community and nice amenities throughout the community And unlike many of its competitors, olde Montgomery has places to walk outside. The maintenance staff is always on point for needs and emergencies and the management staff is always fair and welcoming. If you want a home that is affordable, safe, and fair that takes you away from the busy streets and traffic but still is in the very nice location of Montgomery, then Olde Montgomery is a great option for you. And I can’t say enough good about their app which makes everything from paying rent to submitting maintenance requests (and more), easy and accessible for everyone.
